We wanted to reprint Jim’s American Tongue and Cheek, which he describes as “an attack on language purists of the Right and supposed Left.” While it’s day as a Pressed Wafer book may come, at the time we didn’t have the money. Jim sent us one of his stories—Waiting for the Wars to End—is his first book of fiction—and one thing led to this book of two stories. The first, “Men in Love begins, “My husband will kill you when he finds out” and Jim lets it rip from there.
